Logistics / Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Logistics / Operations Supervisor will coordinate and supervise daily logistics and operational activities for K‑Logistics in both local and international trade. Reporting to the CEO, the role ensures efficient movement of goods, accurate inventory management, and compliance with company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate local and international logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
• Schedule, dispatch, and route transportation; liaise with freight agents, shipping companies, customs brokers and warehouse staff.
• Track shipments, resolve delays or damages, and manage all shipping documentation (POs, waybills, bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, customs documents).
• Monitor logistics costs and support cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operational activities across departments, ensuring procedures are followed and KPIs are met.
• Facilitate communication between procurement, accounts, warehouse, workshop and management teams.
• Coordinate inventory movement, stock reconciliation and accurate ERP updates.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, transporters, clearing agents and clients; follow up on deliveries and vendor performance.
• Update operational data in the ERP system, generate shipment and inventory reports, and assist with process improvements.

Required profile

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
• Strong knowledge of logistics documentation and procedures.
