Litigation Attorney (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our client’s team on a contract basis. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere while handling civil litigation matters, conducting legal research, and supporting case strategy development.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs under supervision.
• Assist with discovery processes, including document review, depositions, and interrogatories.
• Analyze case law, statutes, and precedents to develop effective case strategies.
• Prepare and file court documents in compliance with applicable rules and deadlines.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to manage case workflows and meet litigation timelines.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in civil litigation or related legal practice.

Required skills

• Proficiency with legal research tools such as Westlaw.
• Proficiency with legal research tools such as LexisNexis.
• Strong legal writing and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
