Lifecycle Marketing Manager

About the role

Renmoney is seeking a hands‑on Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design and run data‑driven customer journeys. You will shift the focus from ad‑hoc campaigns to portfolio‑based management, aiming to grow the customer base as a valuable portfolio rather than a simple mailing list.

Key responsibilities

• Own multi‑channel lifecycle programs across email, push, SMS, WhatsApp and in‑app, covering onboarding, activation, cross‑sell, upgrades, renewals and win‑back journeys.
• Build journeys that address specific portfolio gaps such as dormant user activation, product upgrades, loan renewal and cross‑sell.
• Develop and maintain all elements in the engagement platform, including segments, data requirements, QA, frequency caps and governance.
• Run rigorous experimentation using A/B testing, multivariate testing and control‑group holdouts, measuring incremental impact and automating successful programs.
• Measure and report performance metrics such as cohort retention, funnel conversion, CLV signals and campaign ROI.
• Collaborate with Data Science, BI, Product and Growth teams to align messaging, data quality and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM or retention.
• Experience in fintech or financial services is a strong advantage.
• Proven hands‑on experience building and launching journeys on Customer.io or a comparable platform.
• Strong understanding of experiment design and measurement of incremental impact.
