Lifecycle Marketing Manager

About the role

Renmoney is seeking a hands‑on Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design and execute data‑driven customer journeys across all product lines. Reporting to the Head of Retention & Lifecycle Marketing, you will turn portfolio‑based strategies into measurable, multi‑channel programs that boost retention, customer lifetime value and re‑activation.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end multi‑channel lifecycle programs (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, in‑app) covering onboarding, activation, cross‑sell, upgrades, renewals and win‑back.
• Build journeys that close portfolio gaps such as dormant user activation, loan renewal and product upgrades.
• Configure and maintain the engagement platform – segments, data requirements, QA, frequency caps and governance.
• Run rigorous A/B, multivariate and control‑group experiments, automate successful tactics and retire under‑performing ones.
• Measure and report on cohort retention, funnel conversion, CLV signals and campaign ROI.
• Develop nurture journeys for SME and B2B customers.
• Collaborate with Data Science, BI, Product and Growth teams on segmentation, churn signals and regulatory compliance.
