About the role

Mercy Medical is seeking a contract Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its hybrid team in Osun State, Nigeria. The role combines onsite patient care with the flexibility to work remotely for tasks that can be performed off‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and vital‑sign monitoring.
• Assist with treatments, procedures, and documentation of care in patient records.
• Collaborate with physicians and registered nurses to support care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatments and health maintenance.
• Promote infection‑control and safety standards.
• Participate in patient assessments and respond to changes in condition.
• Communicate clearly with the multidisciplinary care team.

Required profile

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Nigeria, in good standing and eligible to practice in Osun State.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver direct patient care, administer medication, and monitor vital signs.
• Accurate and timely clinical documentation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to engage in continuous professional development.
