Legal Executive Accelerator

About the role

The Legal Executive Accelerator is a fast‑track position for a high‑potential legal professional seeking accelerated development into executive leadership. You will work closely with senior management to protect company value, reduce risk, and ensure institutional integrity while driving measurable accountability across operational and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and embed risk‑managed execution systems to mitigate operational, financial, reputational and compliance exposures.
• Develop, modify and implement legal instruments, policies and service agreements, including NDAs and employment contracts.
• Conduct governance diagnostics (e.g., SMAWT, governance mapping) to identify structural vulnerabilities and align legal safeguards with operational reality.
• Provide leadership‑level support for commercial execution, pipeline acceleration and compliance‑based business development linked to core revenue drivers.
• Verify pricing structures and product catalogs, ensuring accuracy in client communications and advising on pricing strategy.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of an accountability framework, setting performance targets and documenting failure points.
• Manage performance tracking, end‑of‑cycle verification and operational audits against KPIs.
• Enforce compliance with organizational standards such as punctuality, clock‑in procedures and meeting protocols.
• Oversee employee onboarding and off‑boarding, defining handover requirements and managing transitions.
• Prioritise high‑impact stakeholder engagement with boards and councils, aiming for measurable outcomes.
