Legal Consultant – Remote (Part‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Consultant to support the development of high‑quality contracts and policies for AI training. This remote, part‑time position focuses on translating legal insights into actionable requirements for AI systems while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality “golden response” contracts and policies for AI training.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to turn legal insights into actionable AI requirements.
• Oversee the quality and accuracy of AI outputs, providing expert feedback to enhance performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in contract management.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA‑accredited institution.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum transactional or compliance legal experience, with expertise in template‑intensive workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in regulatory compliance, contract drafting, negotiation, and corporate law.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
