Learning Specialist – Remote

About the role

Join the 2‑Hour Learning team as a Learning Specialist, working remotely to turn AI‑generated performance data into actionable coaching that drives each child toward 90% mastery and beyond. You will blend data analysis with live intervention, helping K‑8 learners overcome obstacles in real time while shaping next‑generation AI tools that accelerate learning velocity.

Key responsibilities

• Create precise academic data reports, detect irregularities and initiate corrective actions within 48 hours.
• Lead rapid‑intervention coaching calls and post‑assessment sessions to remove barriers and sustain motivation.
• Assess, integrate, and prototype new educational applications and AI/LLM solutions to address specific learning challenges.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine dashboards, tools, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor platform evolves.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of coaching, training, or instructional experience with K‑8 students in one‑to‑one or small‑group settings.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on data analysis combined with direct learner support.
• Proven ability to use Google Sheets or Excel for lookups, filters, pivot tables, and charting.
• Experience (6 months+) using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot in professional workflows.
