Leadership & Management Training Facilitator for Public Health

About the role

Jhpiego is seeking a qualified firm or team of expert consultants to design, deliver, and evaluate a high‑quality leadership and management training programme for senior and mid‑level public health leaders in Nigeria. The engagement will support government stakeholders across Ebonyi, Kebbi and the Federal Capital Territory.

Key responsibilities

• Design a context‑specific SMART advocacy curriculum integrating MNCH, Nutrition, and Immunization priorities.
• Develop comprehensive training materials, including facilitator manuals, participant handbooks, presentations, and practical advocacy tools.
• Facilitate a 3–5‑day in‑person training using participatory adult‑learning methods.
• Provide hands‑on technical support, coaching participants to create measurable advocacy objectives and implementation plans.
• Design and administer pre‑ and post‑training assessments, evaluate learning outcomes, and produce a final report with recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in health advocacy, public health programming, or health‑systems strengthening.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training curricula for senior public‑health audiences.
• Familiarity with national and sub‑national health priorities in MNCH, Nutrition, and Immunization.
• Experience producing high‑quality training materials and facilitation tools.
