Lead Quality Assurance & Project Coordinator

About the role

HelloMe Money is seeking a highly experienced, analytical, and results‑driven Lead Quality Assurance & Project Coordinator to oversee the QA function and coordinate the planning, testing, release and delivery of its cross‑border payment ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement QA strategies, policies, standards and testing frameworks across all FinTech products.
• Lead test planning, execution, and reporting for mobile, web, API and digital wallet solutions.
• Manage release cycles, coordinate software deployments and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor quality metrics, reduce production defects and drive continuous improvement of development processes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, DevOps, compliance, operations and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
• Mentor and develop QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in software quality assurance within a FinTech or banking environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of delivering high‑quality, compliant software releases.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication skills and ability to work with diverse technical and business teams.
• Experience driving Agile delivery and managing complex, multi‑project environments.
