Lead Product Designer – Full‑stack UI/UX for iOS, Android & Web

About the role

Buzzable is a fast‑growing social events platform that blends community engagement with marketplace functionality. We are looking for a visionary Lead Product Designer to own the end‑to‑end design of our iOS, Android, and web experiences, turning complex multi‑sided interactions into simple, high‑engagement digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct weekly user interviews, usability tests, and in‑product research to uncover opportunities.
• Synthesize research findings into actionable product concepts, not just bug lists.
• Validate ideas with low‑fidelity prototypes before development.
• Design complete flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes in Figma for all three platforms.
• Maintain and evolve the design system, leveraging AI tools for faster iteration.
• Collaborate closely with iOS, Android, and web engineers throughout the build, ensuring pixel‑perfect implementation.
• QA shipped features, push for polish, and iterate based on usage data and feedback.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role at a high‑growth startup or top‑tier tech company.
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex B2B SaaS dashboards, marketplaces, or consumer social products across iOS, Android, and responsive web.
• Hands‑on experience running user interviews and usability testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable aligning remote, global teams.
• Passion for building interfaces that encourage real‑world connections.
