Lead Facility Manager

About the role

CoreHR Consulting is seeking a Lead Facility Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of its property portfolio. You will ensure that all sites remain safe, functional, and well‑maintained while leading a team of Facility Officers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily facility management activities across assigned properties, ensuring maintenance and repairs follow schedules and standards.
• Lead, guide, and monitor Facility Officers and site staff, assigning tasks, reviewing work quality, and handling onboarding, training, and disciplinary actions.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring compliance with safety and service expectations and monitoring performance.
• Coordinate with security personnel to implement site protocols and enforce health, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain accurate site records, logs, and incident reports, providing regular updates to senior management and escalating major issues.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in facility or property management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong people‑management and supervisory abilities.
• Practical knowledge of building maintenance, site operations, and safety standards.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and competing priorities.
