Laundry Manager

About the role

The Laundry Manager will lead daily laundry operations for Mr Dum Lifestyle’s laundry division in Abuja. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures garments are received, processed, finished and dispatched to the highest quality standards while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end laundry workflow, including receiving, sorting, cleaning, finishing and dispatch.
• Supervise and allocate tasks to team members, monitor performance and enforce hygiene and safety protocols.
• Manage customer orders, enquiries and complaints, maintaining clear and professional communication.
• Track inventory, supplies and equipment maintenance, supporting budgeting and cost‑control initiatives.
• Implement process improvements to boost efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience in a fast‑paced service environment.
• Hands‑on knowledge of garment care, stain removal and laundry equipment.
• Basic budgeting and cost‑control abilities.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work on‑site and handle physical tasks.
