About the role
The Laundry Assistant will support the hotel's linen operations by ensuring all soiled and clean items are handled efficiently and to the required standards. This full‑time position is based in the Marina area of Abuja and involves hands‑on work in a busy laundry environment.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, count and sort soiled linen according to approved procedures.
- Operate washing and drying machines only after completing required training and receiving approval.
- Iron, press, fold and arrange linen to meet the hotel's quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area and equipment at all times.
Required profile
- Minimum of an S.S.C.E qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar laundry or housekeeping role.
