Label Services Manager

About the role

The Label Services Manager will be based in ONErpm’s Lagos office and will develop the business in Nigeria while managing a roster of artists and label clients. The role works closely with artists, labels, DSPs and internal teams to plan, release and promote music and video content.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day label services for the Nigeria roster, supporting client onboarding, platform guidance and royalty reporting.
• Plan and deliver releases with accurate metadata and DSP compliance, coordinating cross‑market opportunities.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with DSPs, brands, media and industry stakeholders to grow market presence.
• Use streaming and audience analytics to evaluate performance and provide actionable insights for revenue optimization.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years senior music industry experience or 5+ years in distribution, label, DSP or artist management.
• Strong knowledge of and relationships within the Nigerian music industry with a proven business development track record.
• Passionate about music, able to manage multiple projects, commercially minded and strategic.
• Experience in team management with effective leadership skills.
