Key Accounts Manager – Logistics

About the role

DP World is looking for a proactive, customer‑focused Manager of Key Accounts to strengthen and expand strategic relationships with its logistics customers. The role will support the development and execution of account strategies, ensure high client satisfaction and help achieve the commercial targets of the Business Unit.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing key accounts to increase revenue and asset utilisation.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within current customer portfolios.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
• Support contract negotiations, rate reviews and pricing strategy implementation.
• Conduct regular account reviews, customer engagement meetings and satisfaction surveys.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints to improve retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective logistics solutions.
• Monitor and report on key account performance metrics and commercial risks.
• Assist finance teams in improving accounts receivable and collection performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum three years of post‑graduate experience in Key Account Management, Customer Relationship Management, Sales or Commercial Operations, preferably within logistics, supply chain, transportation or warehousing.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and conflict‑management capabilities.
• Excellent relationship‑management and stakeholder‑engagement skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel).
• Experience with CRM systems.
