Key Account Manager – Pharma & Cosmetics

About the role

Globe International Pharmaceuticals is seeking a full‑time Key Account Manager to lead and expand relationships with strategic customers across Nigeria. Based in Lagos, you will work on‑site with cross‑functional teams to drive sales of both pharmaceutical and cosmetic product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans for major distributors, pharmacies, clinics and retail partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms, launch new products and promote existing ranges.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse market and customer data, and forecast demand.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, supply‑chain, and medical teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly and conduct regular business reviews.
• Identify new business opportunities within key accounts to meet revenue and profitability targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key‑account management, preferably in pharmaceuticals, healthcare or FMCG.
• Strong business planning, sales strategy execution and forecasting abilities.
• Solid analytical skills for interpreting sales reports and market insights.
• Customer‑service orientation with a track record of building long‑term relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills; fluency in English.
• Ability to work on‑site with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
