Key Account Manager – Cloud, AI & Security Solutions

About the role

Infinion Technologies is looking for a senior Key Account Manager to lead sales of cloud, AI and security solutions for enterprise customers in Nigeria. The role blends strategic account planning, high‑velocity pipeline management and executive‑level engagement to secure large‑scale contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Own an individual annual revenue target in USD across solution consulting, software licences and managed services.
• Develop and execute strategic plans that align Infinion’s products with client objectives, driving growth in banking, fintech, oil & gas, telecom and public sectors.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline of at least 3.5 × the annual quota, focusing on high‑value enterprise deals.
• Engage C‑suite executives (CIO, CFO, CISO, CTO, Heads of Transformation) to position cloud, AI and security offerings.
• Structure complex, cross‑pillar deals that combine Azure cloud, AI migrations and managed cybersecurity services.
• Leverage Microsoft co‑selling programs to obtain partner funding, proof‑of‑concept credits and executive sponsorship.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Finance or a related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 9+ years of B2B enterprise technology sales experience, with 6+ years managing deals of $500 k–$2 M+ in the African market.
• Proven track record of exceeding $10 M+ annual software or IT solution quotas.
• Deep commercial knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, data analytics/AI frameworks and enterprise security architectures.
