Junior Graphics and Motion Designer

About the role

TM30 is seeking a creative Junior Graphics and Motion Designer to join its design team in Lagos Island. The role focuses on producing engaging visual content for digital platforms, blending static graphics with motion elements to support marketing and product initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create graphics and motion assets for social media, web, and product campaigns.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to deliver visually compelling content.
• Assist in developing brand‑consistent visuals and animations.
• Support senior designers in executing creative concepts and refining design systems.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in graphics and motion design, including internships or freelance work.
• Strong eye for detail, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
• Portfolio showcasing design and motion work.
• Fluency in Figma and Canva is a plus.
