IT Support Specialist – Lagos

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise the company’s network infrastructure (LAN/WAN) and workstations.
• Enforce data backup policies and robust cybersecurity protocols.
• Provide swift Tier 1 and Tier 2 diagnostic and technical support to minimise downtime.
• Manage cloud productivity tools and oversee core software updates.

Required profile

• Degree or HND in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on IT support or systems administration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with familiarity of Active Directory and Office 365.
• Technical certifications such as CompTIA or CCNA are a distinct advantage.
