IT Support & ERP Specialist

About the role

E’Sorae Home is seeking a technical professional to own and operate the IT infrastructure across its nine retail stores and corporate office. The role blends hardware and network management with ERP administration and business intelligence reporting to support retail operations and executive decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise the ERP ecosystem (Odoo, Tally, ERPNext), ensuring real‑time data sync, multi‑store inventory updates, POS integration and financial ledger consistency.
• Map and improve internal workflows, troubleshoot system bugs, configure custom ERP modules and manage user access logs.
• Design, implement and maintain secure LAN and WAN networks across all locations.
• Set up and maintain critical network hardware including routers, switches and firewalls, and ensure reliable ISP connectivity.
• Conduct regular training sessions for store managers and cashiers on ERP usage.

Required profile

• Technical professional with hands‑on experience in hardware, network infrastructure and retail ERP systems.
• Proven ability to build and maintain dashboards for executive reporting.
