IT Security Planning and Architecture Engineer

About the role

The IT Security Planning and Architecture Engineer will lead cybersecurity initiatives, design secure infrastructure, and ensure the protection of the organization’s data. This role works closely with senior management, the Group Cybersecurity team, and development teams to embed security best practices across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead investigations and define strategies to protect data from attacks, collaborating with senior management.
• Design, implement, and monitor security controls for information systems, enterprise applications, and data.
• Define and enforce security requirements for applications in development and integrate security into the software development lifecycle.
• Implement information security projects, document security processes, and ensure compliance with the Cybersecurity Blueprint/Roadmap.
• Develop and deliver quarterly security awareness training and create related materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of work experience, including at least 3 years in security architecture.
• Proven experience with the full Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) for SME projects.
• Good working knowledge of security design and architecture.
