ISO Management System Implementer

About the role

Didum Consult is seeking an ISO Management System Implementer to join its QHSE consulting team in Port Harcourt. The successful candidate will lead the planning, development and deployment of ISO‑based management systems for client organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct gap analyses, process mapping and risk assessments to determine client readiness for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and related standards.
• Develop and organise policies, procedures, manuals, work instructions, forms and records in line with ISO requirements.
• Deliver training and coaching to client personnel on system requirements and continual improvement.
• Support internal audits and external certification audits, guiding corrective and preventive actions to closure.
• Prepare implementation reports, monitor system performance and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal consultants and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Quality Management, Occupational Health & Safety or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and practical implementation experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects, meet deadlines and produce clear documentation.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
