Inventory & Fulfillment Specialist

About the role

Our client, a logistics and fulfillment company based in Jabi, Abuja, is looking for an organized Inventory & Fulfillment Specialist to manage inventory control, order processing and warehouse operations. The role is full‑time and on‑site, reporting to the operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and accurately record merchants’ inventory.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records using Google Sheets.
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders with high accuracy.
• Assign the correct waybill to every parcel before dispatch.
• Record all stock movements – received, dispatched, returned, damaged and adjustments.
• Perform daily inventory reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
• Report inventory variances and operational issues promptly.
• Keep the warehouse organized and ensure proper storage of inventory.
• Collaborate with the operations team to meet timely order‑fulfilment targets.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics or e‑commerce fulfilment.
• Strong understanding of inventory reconciliation and waybill management.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Honest, accountable and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Resident of Abuja and available for full‑time on-site work.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Sheets.

What we offer

• Salary of ₦150,000 per month.
