Interior Design Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an Interior Design Assistant to support our design team in creating mood boards, floor plans, 3D visualisations and managing site progress. The role offers hands‑on experience across design development and project coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation of mood boards, floor plans, 3D renderings and other design documents.
• Supervise sites to monitor progress and prepare progress reports.
• Source furniture, materials and décor items, ensuring accurate pricing and reliable vendors.
• Liaise with contractors, artisans and suppliers to ensure quality execution.
• Track and manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables.

Required profile

• Degree or strong interest in interior design, architecture or a related field.
• Must be starting or in the early stages of NYSC and able to serve with the company.
• Excellent taste, strong communication, and keen attention to detail.
• Organised, proactive and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong sense of style and willingness to learn Niode Atelier’s design language.
