Interface & Structured Finance Manager

About the role

Oilserv Limited is seeking an Interface & Structured Finance Manager to lead fundraising activities for its energy infrastructure portfolio. Based in Lagos, the manager will originate, structure, and close a range of financing instruments, acting as the primary liaison with development finance institutions and other capital providers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the origination, structuring, and closing of equity, senior debt, mezzanine, and blended finance transactions.
• Engage and manage relationships with DFIs, ECAs, commercial banks, institutional investors, and private equity firms.
• Prepare investment memoranda, information packages, financial models, and term sheets for prospective investors and lenders.
• Negotiate financing terms, conditions, and documentation through to financial close.
• Support the structuring of concession arrangements such as BOOT, BOT, gas sales, and power purchase agreements to enhance financeability.
• Manage loan applications and financing submissions to Afrexim Bank and similar institutions, ensuring compliance with their requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in capital raising and transaction execution across multiple financing instruments.
• Strong track record of managing relationships with DFIs, ECAs, commercial banks, sovereign wealth funds, and private investors.
• Deep understanding of energy infrastructure financing and related contractual frameworks.
• Ability to navigate technical and commercial risks that affect financing outcomes.
