Insurance Sales Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Advisor to join Guinea Insurance Plc in Lagos. The role is part‑time and focuses on promoting our motor and non‑motor insurance products to individuals, SMEs and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Market and sell motor and non‑motor (general/non‑life) insurance products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking and direct marketing.
• Generate new policies and achieve assigned premium production targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual, SME and corporate clients.
• Advise customers on suitable insurance solutions based on their needs.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals and close sales.
• Assist clients with policy renewals, endorsements and documentation.
• Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit periodic sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with NAICOM regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any discipline.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, insurance, banking or financial services is an advantage.
