Instructor Executive – Technology Training

About the role

Teachly Nigeria Limited is seeking an enthusiastic Instructor Executive to deliver engaging technology training to beginner and advanced learners. You will be responsible for creating a supportive learning environment that fosters skill development and career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver practical training sessions across a range of technology courses.
• Develop lesson plans, presentations, exercises, projects, and assessments.
• Mentor students throughout their learning journey and monitor attendance, participation, and performance.
• Evaluate learners through quizzes, projects, practical assessments, and examinations, providing timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate student records and generate weekly/monthly training reports.
• Organise coding challenges, hackathons, workshops, webinars, and tech seminars.
• Collaborate with curriculum and academic teams to continuously improve learning outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any field with a willingness to learn on the job.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in teaching, training, or a technology‑related role.
• Experience delivering both online and face‑to‑face training sessions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
• Passion for technology, continuous learning, and student success.
