Injection Molding Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Injection Molding Maintenance Technician will work full‑time on‑site in Owode, ensuring injection molding machines and related equipment operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and execute preventive maintenance plans on injection molding machines.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
• Monitor machine performance, adjust settings to improve reliability, and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support output targets.

Required profile

• Strong background in equipment and industrial maintenance for injection molding machinery.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, plan, and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Technical certification or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering (beneficial).
• Experience in plastics manufacturing or Engel injection molding operations (advantageous).
• Ability to read technical drawings, machine manuals, and maintenance documentation.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work shifts or extended hours.
