Independent Business Development Executive (Commission‑Based)

About the role

ECO-TECH DYNAMIC REALTY LTD is looking for self‑motivated Independent Business Development Executives to drive real‑estate sales across Nigeria. This hybrid, commission‑based position offers flexibility and unlimited earning potential, with comprehensive in‑house training before you start.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real‑estate market.
• Generate qualified leads, conduct virtual or physical presentations, and convert prospects into clients.
• Market the company’s property sales, investment, and development services.
• Organise site inspections and follow up with prospects.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and report performance metrics.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for sales, marketing and business development.
• Self‑driven with the capacity to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of digital communication tools.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, real‑estate, banking, insurance or customer service is an advantage.
• HND/B.Sc. or equivalent qualification preferred, though exceptional sales talent will be considered.
