In-Home Caregiver – Compassionate Support for Clients

About the role

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated in‑home caregivers to provide high‑quality personal care and support to clients across Abuja, Ogun, Ibadan and Kaduna. Caregivers work directly in clients’ homes, ensuring a safe, comfortable environment while fostering independence and well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage in meaningful conversation.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition, and light housekeeping tasks.
• Remind clients to take medication and help track adherence.
• Monitor clients’ health and well‑being, reporting any changes to supervisors or family members.

Required profile

• Previous experience in caregiving, healthcare, or related support work is an advantage.
• Compassionate, patient, trustworthy, and able to follow care plans independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant healthcare certification is a plus.
