Implementation Officer – Retail POS Onboarding

About the role

The Implementation Officer will guide new retail customers through the adoption of Moniebook POS, ensuring they become confident, active users within the first 30‑60 days. This hybrid role bridges sales and long‑term success by delivering high‑touch onboarding, training, and support.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute tailored onboarding plans with clear milestones and success metrics.
• Configure Moniebook POS for each retailer, conduct live training sessions, and monitor usage data.
• Identify at‑risk customers, provide targeted support, and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain detailed records in the CRM, document best practices, and ensure smooth handoffs to Account Managers.
• Capture customer feedback and relay insights to Product and Account teams.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation or account management, preferably in SaaS or POS technology.
• Completed NYSC or valid exemption certificate.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly organised, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple projects.
