Human Resources Personnel – Recruitment Support

About the role
The Human Resources Personnel will work closely with the HR team to support recruitment and onboarding processes. This position plays a key part in ensuring new hires have a smooth transition and that the HR department runs efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities, assisting with job postings, candidate screening, and new‑employee orientation.
- Coordinate interviews and training sessions, managing schedules, logistics and communication with participants.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Handle employee inquiries, provide administrative support, and maintain accurate confidential records.
- Prepare regular HR reports and maintain confidential information with attention to detail.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar HR role.
