Opes Venit Family Office Limited is seeking a strategic Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across its diverse portfolio of brands. You will shape the employee experience, drive talent strategy, and foster a high‑performing, inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for all brands, attracting talent that aligns with core values and growth goals.
• Design and implement learning and development programs to upskill employees.
• Build and manage a transparent performance review system that motivates staff and supports business objectives.
• Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, feedback loops, and team‑building activities.
• Serve as a central HR partner to ensure consistent HR practices and culture across the Opes Venit umbrella.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in multi‑brand or fast‑paced environments.
• Proven ability to create a collaborative, happy workplace culture.
• Strong recruitment expertise with a focus on cultural fit.
• Blend of business acumen and high emotional intelligence.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse teams.
