Human Resource Development (HRD)

About the role

Sometech Indonesia is seeking a Human Resource Development (HRD) professional to lead end‑to‑end HR processes and manage general affairs. The role combines strategic HR management with operational support across recruitment, training, payroll, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full‑cycle recruitment, monitor progress, and resolve related issues.
• Oversee HR functions including training, BPJS administration, payroll, performance management, and workforce labor analysis (WLA).
• Maintain and optimize HRIS and CRM applications.
• Update company policies and procedures in line with current labor regulations.
• Manage general affairs such as building maintenance, transportation, asset control, and legal documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management (S1 minimum).
• At least 3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
• Ability to work independently or within a team.
• Fluent English preferred and residence near West Jakarta preferred.
