HSE Officer

About the role

The HSE Officer will lead health, safety, environment and quality management activities across our logistics and fleet operations. You will ensure compliance with Nigerian regulations and international standards while fostering a strong safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE and QMS policies for logistics and fleet operations.
• Manage safety compliance for drivers and trucks, including risk assessments and toolbox talks.
• Conduct audits, incident investigations and maintain ISO 9001:2015 documentation.
• Prepare regulatory reports and support continual improvement processes.
• Drive safety training and culture for all staff.

Required profile

• BSc in Science or Engineering.
• ISPO HSE Level 3 certification (mandatory).
• Certification/Training in ISO 39001 RTMS.
• NEBOSH IGC – preferred.
• Minimum 36 months of experience in logistics driver and truck management.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian HSE regulations and ISO standards.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from NGN 250,000 to NGN 400,000 per month, based on experience.
