HR/Admin Manager

About the role

The HR/Admin Manager will lead the human resources and administrative functions for a leading technology‑driven agribusiness in Nigeria. This role ensures effective workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, staff welfare, compliance, office administration, facility coordination, and overall operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
• Manage employee relations, performance appraisal processes, and staff welfare programmes.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and internal HR policies.
• Oversee day‑to‑day office administration, facility coordination and general operational support.
• Implement HR policies, procedures and administrative processes across the organisation.
• Provide leadership and supervision to HR and administrative staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Public Administration, Psychology, Sociology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR and administration experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Professional certification or membership with CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, CIPD or a similar body is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour legislation, HR best practices and employee‑relations processes.
• Experience in agriculture, agribusiness, manufacturing, logistics or other operations‑driven organisations is desirable.
