HR & Admin Officer – Lagos

About the role

We are looking for an HR / Admin Officer to manage the full spectrum of human resources and administrative functions within our factory environment. The successful candidate will ensure smooth HR operations, regulatory compliance, and a productive workplace while supporting day‑to‑day administrative needs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment for technical, factory and administrative positions.
• Facilitate onboarding, induction, probation and confirmation processes.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, transfer and promotion letters.
• Maintain accurate employee records in physical and electronic formats.
• Manage leave administration, attendance and time‑keeping systems.
• Support payroll preparation and statutory deductions.
• Assist with performance management, appraisals, training and development programmes.
• Promote positive employee relations and handle grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate employee engagement, welfare initiatives and expatriate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, factory regulations and company policies.
• Oversee office and factory administrative operations, including supplies, assets, facility maintenance and security.
• Arrange travel logistics, accommodation and visitor management.
• Support Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) initiatives and maintain related records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Public Administration or Psychology.
