Hotel Receptionist

About the role

As a Receptionist at Radisson Blu Hotels in Lagos, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service and ensuring a smooth guest journey throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the front office department and oversee all aspects of the guest experience.
• Respond promptly and positively to guest enquiries, resolve problems and maximise guest satisfaction.
• Carry out assigned duties in a timely and professional manner, meeting departmental plans and hotel targets.
• Collaborate with immediate supervisors to control costs, manage inventory and achieve productivity goals.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting the company’s culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and internal audit requirements, documenting and following up as needed.

Required profile

• Front‑office experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Hands‑on, can‑do attitude with a strong commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Ability to devise creative solutions and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Personal integrity and the capacity to work in a high‑excellence environment.
• Experience using IT systems on various platforms.
• Strong communication skills.
