About the role

We are looking for a courteous and reliable Hotel Porter to join our team at Grand Bezer Nigeria Limited in Abuja. The role involves welcoming guests, handling luggage, and supporting front‑desk operations to ensure a pleasant stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage handling.
• Transport luggage safely to and from guest rooms, tagging and securing items.
• Escort guests to their rooms, explaining room features, safety exits, and hotel facilities.
• Provide concierge assistance, including local information, dining recommendations, and transportation bookings.
• Maintain a clean and orderly lobby, entrance, and driveway.
• Perform valet services, parking and retrieving guest vehicles while securing keys.
• Support front‑desk staff by delivering messages, running errands, and assisting during busy periods.
• Monitor safety and security, report suspicious activity, and follow emergency evacuation procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: Diploma.
• At least 12 months of experience in a similar hotel porter or guest services role.
• Entry‑level candidate with a customer‑focused attitude.
