Hotel Manager

About the role

The Hotel Manager will lead daily operations at Grand Bezer Nigeria Limited’s property in Abuja, ensuring seamless service delivery and high guest satisfaction. This senior role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and other operational departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hospitality standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Mentor, evaluate, and develop staff while fostering a positive work environment.
• Manage operational budgets, control costs, and optimise resource utilisation.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, service quality, and overall hotel performance.
• Prepare operational reports, monitor KPIs, and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum HND from a recognised polytechnic or university.
• Professional certification in hospitality management.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar hospitality leadership role.
• Strong operational and people‑management capabilities.
• Ability to oversee front office, housekeeping, and F&B operations.
• Preferred gender: Male; preferred age: 35‑45 years.

Required skills

• Hospitality management certification.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from NGN 400,000 to NGN 500,000, dependent on experience.
