About the role

We are looking for a dedicated home tutor to support a male Nursery 2 student in Surulere, Lagos. The role focuses on early childhood education, aiming to improve the child’s reading, speaking, spelling and overall motivation.

Key responsibilities

Deliver one‑on‑one lessons in literacy, numeracy and phonics following the EYFS curriculum.
Conduct sessions 2 hours per day on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 4:00 PM at the client’s home.
Prepare engaging lesson plans and activities tailored to the child’s learning needs.
Monitor progress and provide feedback to the parent.
Encourage a positive learning attitude and motivation.

Required profile

Experience or interest in early childhood education (Nursery 2 level).
Comfortable working with a male child with no special needs.
Flexible to work on the specified days and times.
Any gender is acceptable.
