About the role

We are seeking an experienced Headmaster to lead our school in Owode. This full‑time, on‑site position will guide both academic and administrative functions, ensuring the institution delivers high‑quality education and character development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in curriculum development and pedagogy.
• Strong background in educational leadership and strategy.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with staff, parents, and students.
• Ability to foster collaboration and drive academic excellence.
• Solid understanding of school management and administration.
• Track record of leadership within an educational institution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
