Head of Sales Officer

About the role

The Head of Sales Officer will lead the mobilisation of CASA and term‑deposit products, drive retail and corporate growth, and shape partnership strategies for Bridgemead Advisory’s banking operations in Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Mobilise CASA and term‑deposit accounts while managing market rates.
• Develop and expand the bank’s retail and corporate portfolio, including payroll lending, purchase‑order financing, asset finance, payment & collection solutions, and digital app usage.
• Design growth strategies for partnerships with organisations and agencies to maximise service utilisation.
• Identify market opportunities, create market‑fit products, and commercialise bank offerings.
• Deepen existing partnership relationships and explore new engagement segments.
• Build financial projection models for each product and collaborate with business teams to meet budget targets.
• Organise and attend events to showcase the bank’s products and services.
• Position the bank among the top 20 MFBs and achieve business and profitability budgets.
• Represent the Managing Director in strategic and marketing discussions.
• Perform additional tasks delegated by the Managing Director.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, business development, growth, partnership management, strategy, relationship management or portfolio management.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and conduct market research.
• Strong business reporting and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
• Experience preparing executive‑level or board‑level reports.
