Head of Sales

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Head of Sales to shape and execute the Group’s sales strategy across multiple business units. This senior leader will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and secure high‑value contracts in diverse sectors such as advertising, media, technology solutions, facility and property management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and high‑value contracts.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a high‑performing sales team, setting targets and monitoring results.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and long‑term growth.
• Leverage cross‑selling opportunities across the Group’s varied businesses to increase market penetration.
• Analyze market trends, monitor performance, and provide accurate forecasts and reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
• Experience in advertising, media, technology solutions, facility management, or property management.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience managing multi‑sector B2B sales operations, business development, key account management, and strategic partnerships.
• Willingness to travel frequently within and outside Nigeria and to work beyond normal hours when needed.
