Head of Project – Construction

About the role

The client is a well‑established manufacturing organisation in the construction chemicals sector, seeking a senior Head of Project (Construction) to drive complex infrastructure and building projects from feasibility through delivery. This strategic, on‑site position is based in Lagos and reports to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle delivery, from feasibility studies to handover.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee contract administration, procurement processes and supplier relationships.
• Drive risk mitigation, governance and compliance throughout the project.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure project objectives are met.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of progressive construction leadership experience.
• Registered with COREN (provide registration number).
• Proven experience managing multi‑million Naira projects.
• Strong digital proficiency and immediate availability or short notice.
• Willingness to complete a mandatory psychometric assessment.
