Head of Product – Digital Collections

About the role

Renmoney is seeking a Head of Product for its Digital Collections unit. You will lead the design, automation and scaling of a data‑driven collection ecosystem, turning insights into smarter products that improve recovery efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously optimise collection strategies, tools, analytical models and automation solutions.
• Define and manage KPIs for the collection department to ensure portfolio growth and operational efficiency.
• Identify growth opportunities, run pilots and roll out new collection strategies.
• Drive process automation across collection operations, including telephony and robotic solutions.
• Deploy and refine collection scoring models to improve segmentation and recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with external vendors and technology partners to integrate innovative solutions.
• Analyse performance indicators, monitor delinquency trends and produce automated reporting.
• Oversee team performance evaluation and motivation within the collection department.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role within a bank, micro‑finance institution or collection agency.
• Proven track record designing, launching and optimising debt‑collection processes.
• Experience implementing automated collection systems, including robotic tools and telephony.
• Strong technical acumen with understanding of APIs, system integrations and backlog management.
• Data‑driven mindset capable of translating ideas into measurable results.
