Head of Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee daily operations across our multi‑unit restaurant network. The Head of Operations will drive efficiency, quality, profitability and exceptional customer experiences in the restaurant and quick‑service sector.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all restaurant operations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and output.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operational systems and workflows.
• Drive performance across outlets to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Manage procurement, inventory, and logistics to ensure supply chain efficiency.
• Partner with HR on staffing, performance management, and resource allocation.
• Ensure quality of service, compliance with GMP, HSE, and food safety standards.
• Contribute to product development and continuous process improvement.
• Track operational KPIs and drive accountability across teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• At least 7 years of experience in an operations leadership role, preferably in QSR, FMCG or hospitality.
• Proven experience in product development, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Strong background in managing service standards, GMP and HSE compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple branches and drive operational KPIs.
