About the role

The Head of Marketing will lead Slimfit Ng’s growth initiatives in the healthcare sector, designing and executing data‑driven advertising strategies that generate profitable revenue. You will work closely with sales, operations and product teams to ensure marketing efforts translate into high‑quality leads and strong customer retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run paid‑media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google and YouTube, managing budgets and optimizing for ROAS, CPA and other KPIs.
• Monitor performance metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rate, click‑through rate, average order value and marketing contribution margin.
• Identify and resolve issues related to tracking, attribution, and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality, conversion rates and overall revenue.
• Lead creative strategy, producing high‑performing video ads, images, copy and landing‑page content based on customer research and market trends.
• Establish a systematic creative‑testing process and maintain a library of winning, testing and under‑performing assets.
• Build scalable marketing systems, SOPs, dashboards and reporting tools to give management clear visibility.
• Coordinate cross‑functional communication between marketing, sales, inventory, operations and customer service.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 4 years (48 months) of hands‑on experience in performance marketing.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through paid‑media channels.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
