Head of Marketing, Brand and Product Growth

About the role

Kredete is looking for a hands‑on Head of Marketing, Brand and Product Growth to shape and execute its global marketing strategy as the company expands across the U.S., Africa, Europe and other key markets. You will own brand building, customer acquisition and product positioning while working closely with founders and cross‑functional leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run global growth marketing programs for both B2B and B2C products, covering paid, organic, lifecycle, content, partnerships and events.
• Generate qualified leads, manage pipelines and define CAC, conversion, attribution and ROI metrics.
• Own product positioning, messaging, go‑to‑market strategy and launch planning for fintech, payments, stablecoin and credit solutions.
• Develop and maintain Kredete’s global brand narrative, voice and communications strategy across all markets.
• Lead content creation, SEO strategy and website performance to drive organic traffic and thought leadership.
• Build and manage a high‑performing global marketing team, budgets, agencies and technology partners.

Required profile

• 7+ years of progressive experience in growth, product marketing, brand or communications.
• Proven track record leading marketing in fintech, payments, digital assets or high‑growth technology companies.
• Experience launching and scaling products across multiple geographic regions.
• Strong commercial judgment with the ability to link marketing activities to measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent written communication, storytelling and executive‑level presentation skills.
